Sizing is unisex and children's but comes up slightly bigger than the label so the sizing below is how it fits, rather than the label:

XS - Age 4-6

S - 6-9

M - 9-11 

L - 11-13 (I sometimes wear)

XL - Ladies 6-10 (I wear)
